Nearly all the copiers, colour copiers and Ricoh Priport duplicators we supply are PC/network connectable. In some cases this connectivity is at an extra cost, though many models are supplied PC/network ready as standard from the factory. Priport Duplicators and many of the copiers are also Mac connectable as they are expected to be sold into commercial print environments.
We have key staff who are trained to advise you on this issue and if you wish to discuss connecting a new product, please phone us.
It would be helpful if you had as much detail as possible available about your PC or network when you contact us, including the name of your I.T./network manager if appropriate who we can contact for any clarification required.
Please note that our staff are advised not to become involved with your network/PC system in any way, but are simply available to advise you and your organisation on installation.
There is usually no charge for a basic network installation when we are installing new equipment, but we may need to charge where the network installation is potentially a lengthy process/requires return visits to train additional staff etc.
